BOOKING DETAILS
All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified on the booking form.

The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by in writing by us.

A deposit of $150 USD per booking must be paid on completion of the booking form.

The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A returnable security deposit of $300 USD will be payable at check in, to our local management company.
No charges will be made unless damages or breakages occur during the renters stay.
This will be verified by our management company on check-out.

Bookings of less than 5 days incur an $85 cleaning fee. No cleaning charge for bookings of more than 5 days.
Cleaning if required during your stay can be arranged through our local management company.

The main name in the party must be over 21 years of age.

CANCELLATION CHARGES -
In the event that you cancel your booking for whatsoever reason the following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 60 days deposit only
30 - 60 days prior to departure 50% of the rental
Less than 30 days 100% of the rental .
We will be happy to provide you with any documentation you require following a cancellation.

LIABILITY
Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order for your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you or your property or for any expenses however incurred.

You are strongly advised to take out your own holiday insurance and medical insurance.
